| The Fund is a JV RMB fund anchored by SMC and Wuxi Guolian Group (“Guolian”). Launched in 2010, the Fund focuses on early to growth stage firms in consumer / healthcare and E3 (energy, environment, efficiency) sectors in and outside Wuxi.

| The Fund is managed by SMC’s experienced China PE team based in Shanghai with a satellite office in Wuxi, and support from Hong Kong. Prior to the RMB fund, SMC founded Milestone Capital in partnership with Yunli Lou. The Milestone Fund has made a number of successful investments, the most notable being Focus Media Holdings Ltd (ticker: FMCN), China’s largest out-of-home advertising media company that was listed on NASDAQ in 2005 and Trina Solar (ticker: TSL), a manufacturer of high quality monocrystalline modules in China that was listed in NYSE in 2006
